Shipping charges and the delivery information available for your order are displayed at checkout before payment. Delivery estimates are estimates only and may be affected by carrier operations, destination, customs processing or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Order processing

Orders are processed after payment confirmation. Processing time may vary by product, order quantity and destination. If an order requires additional information before dispatch, we may contact you using the details provided at checkout.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking information is sent after the order has been dispatched.

Delivery address

Please review your shipping information carefully before completing your order. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If you notice an error after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered fulfilment.

Damaged, missing or delayed orders

If your order arrives visibly damaged, an item is missing, or tracking indicates a delivery issue, contact us promptly with your order number and, where relevant, photographs of the parcel and product. We will review the issue and provide the appropriate next steps.
